Ingredients for 4 people:
1)4 slices of chicken breast
2) 2 cucumbers
3) 1 box of corn
4)1 pineapple
5)4/5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
6) Oil, salt and pepper
Method:
Cook the chicken breast with a drizzle of oil in a non-stick pan or you can boil it.
Fray the meat and cut the pineapple into small pieces!
Now combine everything in a salad bowl together with corn and season everything with mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
Leave to rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator and serve!
