4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon chives
Salt and pepper.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Peel the avocado, cut the pulp into cubes and immediately coat it with lemon juice. Also cut the cheese into cubes.
Wash, dry and chop the lettuce. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
In a bowl mix the olive oil with salt, a pinch of pepper and the chopped chives.
Season the spring salad with the emulsion, mix well and enjoy your meal.
