Prosecco salad salad


1/2 bottle of Prosecco Dry
1 kiwi
1 banana
1 tub of strawberries
1 white apple
1 red apple
2 tablespoons honey.


Wash the strawberries and apples well, cut them into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/3 of the wine and set aside.
Prepare the rest of the fruit and cut it into pieces and add it to the strawberries and apples. Add the rest of the honey and wine and mix everything well. Mix and leave to marinate in the refrigerator in a glass jug, covering with cling film for at least two hours.
Pour into 4 large glasses from which you can drink the wine full of the scent of fruit and insert the pieces of fruit with forks or skewers.
