Baked pasta and potatoes


-Recipe for 4 people

-350g of potatoes

-250g of pasta

-100g of smoked bacon

-100g of smoked provola

-100ml of whole milk

-4 tablespoons of parmesan

-1 golden onion

Oil as needed

Salt just enough


First, cut the golden onion into fine slices, fry it in a pan with extra virgin olive oil for 4 minutes, then add the smoked bacon!

Remove the peel from the potatoes , cut them into small cubes and add them to the previous sauté!

Cook everything for 15 minutes and then add the pasta! Put a few pinches of salt in the pan until the pasta, which is indicated on the box, is half cooked!

In the meantime, cut the smoked provola into cubes and grate the parmesan, then pour the pasta into an oven-safe bowl, add the two cheeses and the whole milk!

Bake for 30 minutes in the oven and you're done!

Don't worry if the pasta is liquid before baking, after cooking the milk and cheese will have formed a delicious cream.
