Tomatoes stuffed with crab meat and avocado

With the arrival of spring the desire for fresh foods increases. This is a quick recipe in which the protagonist is one of the symbolic vegetables: the tomato!


1) 12 cherry tomatoes

2)100g of crab meat

3) 1 avocado

4) Mayonnaise


Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut the cap, remove some of the pulp with a teaspoon, salt them inside and keep them turned upside down for an hour so that they lose some of their vegetation water. Collect the well-drained crab meat in a bowl, mix it with four tablespoons of mayonnaise and the chopped avocado, salt and pepper. Fill the cherry tomatoes with the mixture and decorate them with the capers.
