Ingredients for 4 people:
Cold dissolve 100 grams of sugar in the same amount of water. Pass 300 grams of ripe and healthy strawberries through a food mill, after having carefully cleaned them.
Combine the puree with the sugar syrup, adding the juice of a lemon (passed through a sieve) and a few drops of vanilla.
Put everything in a sorbet maker and freeze. Serve in large glasses decorated with whipped cream.
