There are some situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
If the product is worn upon receipt of the package, send a photo to the number 33337662766 or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will assess the damage and PARTIALLY refund the damage received or we will exchange it with another product on the next order!
In the event of a total refund on your part, for reasons not ours and therefore not a problem with our goods, 5% of the total expense will be deducted which is the refund percentage relating to the payment platforms!
Late or missing refunds
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again.
For direct payment by credit card the estimated time is 5/7 days
For payment with PayPal the time is 7/10 days

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
